How To Maintain Physical Flexibility And strength ...

Okie I am not a pro- my self But i can Consider myself a Good Sportsmen

This are the basic Exercise U can do to keep Up ur Core strength

Day 1 : 40 push ups Maintain The Form
Day 2 : Dumbell Curl about 15 reps a day ...With abt 75 percent Of ur strength Don Jerk when u flex Ur.Gun
Day 3 : Split Jump hmm To me without Dumbells Is Okie
Day 5 : Some basic Sit up abt 50
Day 6 : do some Chin ups

OKie all this exercise may not suit everyone levels every indi. have its own limit ... To me This is just the core Basic Training For beginers . I may not be Right plsss tell me if u have better Ideas ^^
